•All bookings for our Services must be made through our Website or by contacting us directly.

4.2. Cancellations and Refunds

•Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

•Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of the cancellation request.

4.3. Delivery of Photographs

•Digital images will be delivered within 30 days of the photography session via a secure online gallery.

•Physical prints or albums will be delivered within 8 weeks, subject to additional charges and shipping times.
